These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 3 Patti Sky platform, including the website at 3pattisky.win and the mobile app available for Android and iOS. By creating an account or using any part of this platform, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. We recommend keeping a copy of this page or bookmarking it so you can refer back whenever needed. These terms may be updated periodically — we will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page, so you always know which version applies.

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on 3 Patti Sky, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and contact information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure without a refund of any balance.

2 Your Account

You must keep your password secure. Do not write it down in an easily accessible place, do not share it with family members or friends, and do not use the same password across multiple services. 3 Patti Sky will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity notice. We will attempt to contact you at the email address registered to your account before any administrative fees or closure procedures are initiated.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 3 Patti Sky are processed in PKR. We currently support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform. The available payment methods are subject to change, and the current list is always shown on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else's account or card is used to fund your gaming balance — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account reviewed.

• Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of any active bonus — see Section 5.

We reserve the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests before processing, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 3 Patti Sky sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules of the market in which the bet was placed. These rules are displayed within the relevant sports section and cover outcomes, settlement procedures, and how events are treated in the event of postponement, cancellation, or walkover.

For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — results are settled based on the official outcome as declared by the relevant cricket board. In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.

• Bets placed in error cannot be voided unless there was a clear technical fault on our end.
• If an event is abandoned before a result is reached, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that sport and market.
• Live Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are final.
• 3 Patti and Andar Bahar results are determined in real time and cannot be disputed after the hand is completed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you place a bet.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

10 Changes to Terms and Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements on any active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

3 Patti Sky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice where the breach is serious — for example, fraud, identity misrepresentation, or use of prohibited software.

For disputes relating to bet settlement, please raise the query within 7 days of the event being settled. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewable. Our support team will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions made after a full investigation are final.
